Mandatory human approval before sending

FreshTake never sends a reply automatically. Every AI-drafted "1st reply" must be opened, reviewed, optionally edited, and explicitly approved by a person before it reaches a customer (FR9). This is a deliberate product guarantee — not a missing feature — and cannot be switched off from this screen or any other.

Why it's locked: protects your brand voice, keeps a human accountable for every public-facing reply, and avoids the reputational risk of an unsupervised AI response. Reliability fallback

If Microsoft Copilot AI is temporarily unavailable, FreshTake automatically retries with a secondary engineered prompt so batches keep processing without manual intervention. You'll see a small badge on affected batches.
